I have built a few web apps with existing API's (namely, Twillo), the sky is the limit. Also, I build a great web presence for small businesses.Reactive/Responsive Design
If desired, I can develop your site to be responsive to the device that it is viewed on. I prefer to develop sites in this mannor. Think of it as a site that morphs its content based on what device you visit the site on.PHP amp& javascript are go-to guys
